About the Author
Cynthia Chin-Lee grew up in Washington, D.C., where her grandparents owned a laundry and her grandmother made the best almond cookies in town. She graduated from Harvard University and was a fellow at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has studies and worked abroad in Taiwan and the People’s Republic of China. She lives in Palo Alto, California and is also the author of a career development book, It’s Who You Know: Career Strategies for Making Effective Personal Contacts.
