About the Author
Debbie Leung Yamada is a graduate of the University of California-Irvine, where she received a degree in art history, and the University of Hawaii, where she earned a Masters in Asian Art History. She works as a lecturer on art history for public school classes that range from kindergarten to sixth grade and also operates a crafts business. Debbie and her husband, Tommy, reside with their two children, Christie and Michael, in Long Beach, California, where Debbie enjoys playing volleyball and walking her dog, Snoopy.
